What’s your process when working with a new client?
We want to help you find the solution that's right for your needs. That starts with an in-depth consultation and a video call so we can get to know each other, as well as learn about what technical problem you're thinking of solving.
Depending on the project size or complexity, there might be more preparation work involved like engineering analysis and scope definition before it becomes clear how long this will take - but rest assured if we agree on something then our team is committed until completion!

-
How much will my project cost?
We aim to quote all projects with a fixed bid and payment schedules depending on milestones or phases of the project being complete. This helps us, as well as our clients, evaluate the projected value and account for cash flow.
For unpredictable timelines or costs such as R&D or ongoing engineering, support pricing is established by an hourly rate or monthly premium.
-
Do you offer in-house fabrication/assembly capabilities?
Not Yet,
We operate as an agile remote design team and leverage a network of local and international vendors ready to address our fabrication needs for complex and specialized projects.
Normally, builds are performed on client location, however we are able to arrange off-site assembly and testing if needed.
Our future efforts are to bring more capabilities in-house to improve our prototyping and machine-building capabilities.
-
How will Nevatio integrate with my team?
The first step is to work with our clients and their team members in order for us to be a part of the vendor family.
Next, we take the time to establish open lines of communication (with key points of contact) within our client’s organization and any other members that have an impact on the project or its direction.
By establishing these communications upfront, it makes all future interactions smoother thanks to reassuring knowledge about who needs what information so they can get their part done efficiently without slowing you down with needless questions. -
What does it mean to partner with Nevatio Engineering?
Partnering with Nevatio Engineering means bringing a flexible yet reliable engineering resource into the fold of your organization.
We operate as an engineering and design support resource that you can call upon when needed without having to worry about maintaining in-house engineering overhead when it is not needed.
-
Will my projects include ongoing support upon completion?
Yes!
After a project is complete, we don't leave our clients in the dust.
We are always available to provide additional support when needed on any aspect of your device or project that you might need help with after launch.
-
How do you handle change orders once a project has started?
Major change orders (such changes that involve changing the scope of the project) will result in a re-bid to adjust for new project costs, as well as work already completed.
Normal documentation and minor design changes are not considered "change orders."
-
What are your project phase gates/milestones?
Our typical milestones are project phases. Project phases are important milestones when working with clients.
These stages provide a time where the client may review and decide on work done to that point, in order to make sure they like all of it before continuing any further.
The main project phases include (but are not limited to):
- Concept design
- Engineering design and drawings
- Final prototype
- Fabrication
-
What if I already have design engineers on staff?
Many of our clients have skilled engineers on staff to take care of any additional tasks and projects.
However, this often leads to inefficiency if your engineer is reassigned from their daily responsibilities for a new task; as they may not be able to return the necessary attention back onto their original project once completed.
For these reasons, it's best that you let Nevatio (a company specializing in custom build) handle your retrofit needs instead!
-
What industries have you / do you serve?
We have served a multitude of industries ranging from logistics companies, civil engineering firms, paper and vinyl manufacturing facilities, research labs to medical device companies.
We boil projects down into their essential elements while factoring in the specifics of each industry – what works for one might not necessarily work for another company with different needs.
The end result is that we provide our expertise while integrating your knowledge about being an industrialist - all so that you can execute successfully on whatever project comes through our doors!
